As a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, we no longer need to hold an Annual General Meeting each year. However, Trustees aim to have an event each year that brings everyone together to allow us to feedback on our year’s achievements, share a summary of our finances, and most importantly celebrate the amazing volunteer team that support everything we do.
Alice, our Communications and Project Development Worker, worked hard to bring together this appreciation event. This celebratory gathering acknowledged this amazing group of people, and all of the efforts they bring to our mission. Our Chair of Trustees, Gordon Thompson, presented certificates to our longest-standing volunteers at each of the nine lunch clubs.
Our Strategic Manager Andrea attended the celebration and provided further information about the charity as a whole.
All volunteers, lunch club members, and activity participants were invited and we enjoyed a wonderful afternoon celebrating the work of all those involved with Teesdale Day Clubs.
