This year, like many that have come before, some of our lunch clubs had the pleasure of celebrating Burns Night in true Scottish style, bringing together members for an afternoon filled with tradition, delicious food, and plenty of festive cheer!
Every year on January 25th, our clubs took the opportunity to embrace the occasion and share in the warmth of this historic celebration.
This afternoon of celebration brought haggis and real scotch whiskey onto the menu. Both of these Scottish delicacies have an acquired taste, but whether you’d love it or leave it—it was a wonderful day of celebration and camaraderie!
